Our “Kegelklub” went on a weekend sailing trip in the fall of 2006, our third. This time we chartered the Dolce Vita to carry us across the Isselmeer.

Ruth and I had a chance to visit Erich, Ruth’s husband at the time, while he was working Erlangen and took the opportunity to visit the famous “ Christ Kindl” Christmas Market.

I have visited my Dad several times since my Mom died and have had time to explore a little of Nevada.

Rainer’s cousin, Jutta turned 50 which was reason enough to fly to Berlin for the weekend to celebrate and inspect the progress that has been made in the city since the wall went down.

In 2002 I attended an amazing Cougar reunion. Amazing because we managed to get our group together from all over the nation.

After that Garr was able to stop by for a visit on his way to India. He brought Linda later that year to show her Germany. They were here during the big heat wave and thought the weather was great!
