  1. Netscape Navigator (My favorite.) You can download it here.
     For those who want to live dangerously, Netscape is making available their nightly binaries, which you can download here
  2. iCab browser for Macintosh. Has some really nice features such as advertisement filtering and much more. It will not be free when finished, but right now it has most of its features, works very well, and is free. When finished I think it will be priced at about $35 ( I read 49 Deutch Marks and I think that's about US$35.)
  3. Opera (Small, fast, and powerful it is said. As of June 200 available on Windoze and Linux. Soon to be available on Mac and OS/2.)
  4. MicroSoft's Internet Explorer (As you might expect, Internet Explorer 4.x is buggy on the Mac, cutting off the ends of animated gifs and messing up on Java. It works great on PCs though.)
  5. Apple's CyberDog (Apple's CyberDog requires OpenDoc 1.1, 68030,040 or better, System 7.5 or later. It takes a little work to set things up to use Netscape plug-ins, and not all are supported. I guess it supports Java through Apple's MRJ.)
