Our guide, Oswaldo, said the city of Chihuahua is building water treatment facilities so that they can recycle 100% of their water. This picture is probably that or the new police academy site. "State Public Security Complex", syas the sign. Maybe this is the new police academy. This government building in the city of Chihuahua, the capitol of the State of Chihuahua, presented various aspects of the history of northern Mexico in its murals.
